How to Use MLS
Technology to
Compel Buyers to Meet with You:
By Craig
Proctor
RISMEDIA,
March 5, 2008-
"Making
the most of this existing
technology is an easy, but
important service. By
offering to send your buyers
daily updates of all homes that
match their home-buying
criteria, you provide them with
a number of valuable benefits:
•
Your buyers have the
ability to beat other buyers to
hot new listings
• Because they’re there
first before most other
buyers, you can help negotiate
the lowest possible price for
them
• You won’t waste
the buyer’s time showing them
homes that don’t interest them"

many real estate brokers and are offering a much needed
service to consumers"

Do You Need Real
Estate Buyers & Sellers?
"Over 80% of real estate buyers and sellers find
their broker online."
That
explains why a Boise Idaho real estate broker
paid $50,000 for BoiseRealEstate.com and $175,000
for BoiseIdaho.com.
And that also explains why
Buckhead.com, which is the domain name of an
upscale neighborhood in Atlanta, sold for a $250,000
price tag in 2007.
Internet-buyer-vs-traditional-home-buyer?
- "RISMEDIA, Feb. 8, 2007-If
you are one of those many agents or brokers who don't
really believe that the Internet is "the way" in
real estate today, perhaps the following data compiled
and presented by Leslie Appleton-Young, chief economist
and vice president of the California Association of
Realtors® (CAR®) in her analysis of the real estate
market in California for 2006 will get your attention"

"Cohen and Kremen had realised before the law that
domains were the
shopfronts for the biggest market the world had ever
known.

#7. Advertise online.
"...With buyers headed to the Web first in their
quest for real estate, you’re challenged to do some real
soul searching about conventional advertising,
especially print....
...They’ll be more receptive to online advertising of
their home if you can demonstrate how a campaign to
drive consumers to your Web site actually increases
exposure to qualified buyers...."
(Idea: putting up
bench ads & print ads with your relevant targeted
real estate .COM domain name & YOU will drive
AFFORDABLE, targeted & relevant consumers to your site
to see YOUR listings - POINT THIS OUT TO YOU POTENTIAL
SELLERS)

Our business plan merely seeks to
lease these real estate geo-domain names at a flat
rate. Many investors now view domain names as
the new commercial real estate. We view it in
the same way and that is why we are leasing our
domain properties just as you would lease bricks &
mortar office space.
Starting at only $99/mo to
lease!
